1923 $5 Porthole Silver Certificate (Fr. 282)

A pleasing 40 with strong eye appeal and bold inks throughout. The paper remains bright and well bodied for the grade, with balanced margins that frame the design nicely. Blue overprints pop on the face and the reverse green is deep and even. Light circulation folds are present as expected yet the note retains a crisp look. A solid, attractive XF example in a fresh PMG holder.
