1928 $100 Numeric District Federal Reserve Note (Fr. 2150d)
PMG 58 EPQ
A lovely Cleveland numeric district hundred, a DA block Fr. 2150-D with a well-earned EPQ designation. The paper is bright and clean with no folds evident in the photos, and the 58 points to little more than a touch of handling standing between this note and full Uncirculated. Green serial numbers and the Treasury seal remain vivid against deep black intaglio, and Franklin's portrait is crisply rendered. Margins are ample and nicely framed on all sides. The reverse is equally fresh, showing a strong, even green. A handsome example of an early small-size $100 with plenty of eye appeal.
