This example presents as a solid VF with balanced margins and strong color throughout. Paper retains good body and flexibility with no tears, pinholes, or repairs noted. The brown serials are vibrant, the seal is well impressed, and the black printing remains deep and even. The reverse green holds its saturation nicely and shows uniform wear without distracting stains. Several vertical folds limit the grade, but centering is attractive and overall eye appeal is quite respectable.
