1934A $10 North Africa Emergency Issue (Fr. 2309)

The yellow seal on this Fr. 2309 is bright and saturated, standing out against paper that retains its original body and a clean, pleasing tone - a well-earned PPQ designation from PCGS. Circulation amounts to light folds and minor handling, typical for a Choice VF, and none of it disturbs the portrait, which holds sharp detail through the hair and facial shading. The blue serial numbers are bold and uniformly inked. Margins are ample all around, running a touch wider on the left. On the reverse, the green is deep and rich, and the Treasury vignette shows crisp linework. A handsome B-A block example with real eye appeal.
