Well centered and nicely balanced for a North Africa $10, this Choice VF example shows strong ink contrast with a vivid yellow seal and bold blue serials that pop against clean, original-feeling paper. Surfaces are sound with good body and no distracting marks, and the reverse retains deep, even green with pleasing brightness. Some vertical folds limit the grade, but the overall eye appeal is solid and confident in the PMG holder.
