1934A $500 (Fr. 2202-K)

A pleasing AU with strong eye appeal. Paper surfaces are bright and clean, with bold black engraving and a vivid green overprint that pops against the fields. Centering is well balanced and the margins frame the design evenly. Traces of embossing remain, especially around the serials. The reverse shows deep, even green ink and equally fresh paper. Some light toning and a corner fold on the reverse are the likely grade limiters, but otherwise this is a perfect AU that presents as a much higher grade. Housed in a fresh PMG holder.
