Honest, problem free colonial that still carries plenty of eye appeal. The paper is fully original and pleasantly toned, with good body and no hint of repair. Black inks remain bold on both sides, keeping the state arms and reverse vignette crisp and readable. The hand signed red brown autographs are intact though softly faded. Margins are nearly complete and appropriately irregular for the issue. Light, scattered soiling is present but non distracting.
