March 25, 1776 1s New Jersey Colonial (Fr. NJ-21)

The red denomination overprint remains surprisingly rich on this Uncirculated March 25, 1776 New Jersey One Shilling. The face is well printed, with serial No. 43411 and the manuscript signatures still plainly legible. Paper shows even age toning, but the note retains solid body and extremely pleasing eye appeal. The reverse leaf impression is sharp, with Isaac Collins' Burlington imprint clear and nicely framed.
