A wholesome VF with notably original paper, even natural color, and full, well framed margins that are better than typically seen for the type. The black printing is dark and crisp on both sides, with the reverse device sharply defined and the red serial and signatures still vibrant. Surfaces present as clean and sound for the grade, offering solid, balanced eye appeal. Encapsulated by PMG with a Minor Foreign Substance notation.
